Galley Bay is a 5 star resort located on a sugar plantation with its own private beach. This 40 acre resort has jogging trails, tropical gardens and a bird sanctuary. There are beautiful cottages located in the tropical gardens with their own splash pools, or suites located on the beach.
The cottages have a romantic atmosphere with two separate units – one for sleeping and the other for bath/dressing connected to each other with a sheltered walkway. The plunge pools have many shapes and are separated from each other by beautiful vegetation or screens made from natural Spanish heather.
The beachfront suites are located on the ¾ mile long white beach with the patios of the Premium Suites directly on the beach.
All the guest rooms include AC, terra-cotta tiled floors, window blinds, ceiling fans, mini refrigerators, coffee machines, bath robes, room safes, king sized beds telephone and TV. Child policy does not allow children below 16 years of age. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
Spend the day on the beach enjoying snorkeling, diving, and sailing or windsurfing, then spend the afternoons to relax at the spa. Don’t forget to visit St. John’s for shopping, and sightseeing.
Enjoy a delicious meal at the open air Sea Grape Restaurant. The Gauguin Restaurant creates a more intimate dining experience and serves up grilled dishes on the open beachfront with views of the ocean.
Enjoy cocktails on the beach front Teepee bar or indoors at the Lounge bar. Galley Bay promises to provide an event filled experience of a wonderful Caribbean vacation.
