The Splendor of the Seas had its maiden voyage in 1996 and continues to strike the heart of many a traveler. Many reviews state at this vessel will offer you one of the best South American cruises you’ll ever go on. Not only does it sail to South American, but you can also catch Antarctica on the same trip.
Perhaps you’d rather spend some time in Europe, the Western Mediterranean or the Greek Isles. Whichever your pleasure, the multiple pools, mini golf course, stunning glass enclosed rooms and spa will sure keep you happy while on board. Sailing the sea is much more fun if one is cruising onboard a ship; for seafarers, there is no better way to go than to take a cruise. Engage oneself in the many activities onboard, visit exotic ports of call, or simply watch the gorgeous scenery pass by while you dine in luxury. Heading out to see on the Carnival Legend is one way in which you can experience all of the glory of taking a cruise.
Part of the Spirit class, the Legend offers guests all the amenities of a world-class resort with the added bonus of visiting different locales. Adults will fine many opportunities for fun aboard the ship, including, a casino called the Club Merlin Casino, a performance theater/lounge known as Follies, and an exclusive dining club called The Golden Fleece Supper Club. With sixteen bars and lounges, a fitness center, library, and two dance clubs, every interest can find appeasement onboard the Legend.
Other amenities are offered onboard the ship; many are suited to both adults and children. Some are exclusively for the kids. Three swimming pools, a jogging track, and mini-golf offer kids and adults something to do. Children can participate in the youth program or visit the children’s playroom or teen center. One other great amenity is the babysitting service that is available on the Carnival Legend.

In the two main restaurants cuisine served is continental and reservations are required. Dress code is resort casual and there are two elegant nights for a seven day cruise. Shorts or swimwear isn’t permitted in the main dining room.

Lunch (opening seating): 12:00 noon – 1:30 p.m.
Early Dinner – 6:00 p.m. and Late Dinner 8:00 p.m.

Reservations aren’t required and the dress code is casual. Cuisine is buffet style serving Steak, Chicken, Pasta, and Salads.
The Carnival Fascination has continental breakfast available from room service until 10am. You’ll also find breakfast and lunch served on deck, and a 24 hour Pizzeria.
