Carnival Inspiration

Floating on the sea in a gorgeous ship while stopping at exotic ports of call can be one vacation dream; making the dream come true can be easy aboard the right ship. The Carnival Inspiration is one such vessel; it offers luxury, recreation, exotic ports of call, and all the amenities of a resort. You can find a wide array of features and amenities that make the Inspiration stand out among cruise ships.

Adults will find pleasure in the Inspiration in a number of ways. An adults-only serenity retreat area allows for relaxation and reflection. The Inspiration Spa offers relaxation and spa services while the beauty salon affords glamour and beauty. Four dancing clubs and twelve bars and lounges make for exciting nights on the “town.” Fine art, fine dining, and a gorgeous atmosphere make for much in adult fun.

Kids, too, will be pleased by all that the Inspiration, part of Carnival’s Fantasy class, has to offer. Club O2, for teenagers, offers a club atmosphere tailored for teens. Camp Carnival is designed to accommodate the amusement needs of two to eleven year old children. Babysitting service, youth programs, and a kiddie pool round out the offerings for children onboard the Inspiration.

The Carnival Dream
The Carnival Dream set to debut in September 2009 will be the largest vessel in the Carnival fun ship fleet. This ship will feature new family oriented cabins designed to accommodate five guests. On board you’ll also find the fleet’s largest-ever kids facilities, a two-level miniature golf course, live music and dancing at the indoor/outdoor cafe called, The Ocean Plaza.

Programs for the kids – Camp Carnival for age 2-11, the Circle C for age 12-14, and Club 02 a teen only hang-out for ages 15-17. For the adults, visit the Cloud 9 spa, the resort-style pool, or one of the scenic hot-tubs that hang over the edge of the ship. And if you’re looking for a little privacy, be sure to check out Serenity, the adults only retreat.

After her New York departures, The Dream will reposition to Port Canaveral, Florida, where it will offer year-round 7 day Caribbean cruises starting December 2009. She will alternate weeklong cruises to the Eastern and Western Caribbean.
